1. Vendor Applications should be submitted to Brian Kirsch (GrayMockingbird@gmail.com) or mailed
with PAYMENT to Lake Worth Kiwanis, PO Box 1048, Lake Worth FL 33460. ONLINE PAYMENTS made at: www.GrayMockingbird.com. Go to upper left corner and click on the “Donate” button. Put in
the amount. Type in “Earth Day Vendor” in the Note area.

3. Vendors must keep their spaces clean and remove all trash before leaving.
All exhibitors and vendors should be set up by 11:45 AM, and stay until 5
4. After unloading, Vendors may park in available parking spots on the street or city parking
lots. Please don’t take the closest parking spaces. This allows for guests, visitors and customers to park
close, which gives you more business.

responsibility and liability whatsoever for damage, loss theft or injury to any person, display or property.

From the north: Take i-95 to 10th Avenue North, go East to Dixie Highway (US 1).
Turn right (South) on Dixie Highway to Lake Avenue. Turn left on Lake Avenue (East).
From the South: Take i-95 to 6th Avenue South, go East to Dixie Highway (US 1). Turn left
(North) on Dixie Highway to Lake Avenue. Turn right (East) on Lake Avenue

we ask that you save the closer spots for our visiting customers.
