1.       Vendor Applications should be submitted to Brian Kirsch (briankirsch7@gmail.com), Checks made out to Lake Worth Kiwanis and mailed to:

 or hand delivered to Andy Amoroso (Studio 205, 600 Lake Avenue, LW) 

2.       Set up time is from 10 AM to 11:45 AM. 

3.       Vendors must keep their spaces clean and remove all trash before leaving.  

All exhibitors and vendors should be set up by 11:45 AM, and stay until 5 PM. All are encouraged to stay until the program ends at 9 PM. 

4.       Vendors may park on M Street to unload ONLY.   

 

The undersigned releases The City of Lake Worth, Gray Mockingbird Community Garden and the Kiwanis Club of Lake Worth and its members and workers from any responsibility and liability whatsoever for damage, loss theft or injury to any person, display or property. I/We agree to abide by the above rules.

DIRECTIONS TO VENUE: The Lake Worth Cultural Plaza is located on “M” Street between Lake & Lucerne Avenues in Lake Worth. Take I-95 to 10th Avenue North, go east to Dixie Highway (US 1). Go right (south) on Dixie Highway to Lake Avenue. Turn left on Lake Avenue (east). The Plaza is located on the left, opposite Too Jays Restaurant. 

All proceeds benefit local children’s programs through Lake WorthKiwanis and Gray Mockingbird Community Garden.
